Paris - USI 2012 Session
Blackberry Hill, Domino effect
The true ICT revolution is still to come. IS are still not delivering their full promise to companies that are facing economic and organizational challenges due to the complexity and volatility of their new environment.
What is at stake for IS is neither becoming a "business partner", nor "strategically" thinking to their contribution to the company's "key success factors". Behind and beyond this rhetoric, a real imperative for organizations is emerging: organizations must rethink and rebuild themselves around ICTs. What are the obstacles, the levers, the most relevant areas for intervention?
Following its previous presentation "Let IT Be" in 2010 at USI, Yves Morieux will bring answers to these questions, based on results from his research on complexity as Director of the Boston Consulting Group's Global Institute for Organization. Some of these results (the non-technical part) have already been summarized and published in the Harvard Business Review (September 2011 issue about Embracing complexity).

J'espère une aussi belle conférence qu'en 2010, avec en plus une vidéo diffusée sur le site USI cette fois-ci !
