The times they are a changin'
Employers and employees have understood that transformation is needed to deal with the crisis. Rather than wait for better days, companies have to seize the opportunity to take a giant step and build a corporate architecture which resolves agility problems. The contractual approach, which has been used for 20 years in all companies, will be replaced by the cooperative approach, which combines companies business and computing in iteratively developing competitive solutions.
