USI 2009 Session

One of your neighbours is well organised but you’re not. Have you ever thought of asking him how he does it? Another neighbour always manages to create a pleasant atmosphere around herself. Where did she get this talent? 

The social styles used in team coaching are one way of highlighting the talents in each of us. In this session, we will see how to share them by becoming aware of our own talents and seeking out those of our teammates.
