USI 2009 Session
Creating and leading a learning space for programmers
A dojo development is not just a convenient format used to involve conference listeners in public coding sessions, it is a space in which programmers have a chance to fine tune their technique and learn from others through examples.
it’s a training place where participants can learn, session after session, how to master \"forms of code\", discuss design choices and deal with the stress induced by the need to quickly and effectively provide a personal response to a given programming problem
This session will explain how to create and lead this type of co-learning environment on a daily basis.
