USI 2009 Session
Creating and leading a learning space for programmers
While almost all of us have had a revolutionary idea at least once in our lives, few of us actually go against the established order when trying to make this idea a reality.
What if we could safely have a try, for the duration of a simulation?
This workshop is a political game (hence politically incorrect) in which participants can try out strategies to maintain or challenge an established order, under the watchful eye of observers.
During the subsequent discussion, the participants can share their experiences and discoveries, and produce a summary of what they have learned.
