Developer community: knocking down walls with Leroy Merlin!
Users are increasingly demanding, technologies constantly evolve and the Generation Y is arriving in project teams.
How do we attract and keep new talents? How do we breathe a dynamic of continuous improvement into our development teams? How do we promote our people and their best practices?
To address these issues, the ADEO Services architecture cross-disciplinary team created a community of the company’s developers. We review this initiative after a year and a half of existence.
