Ten paradoxes of creativity Ten paradoxes of creativity

A good Manager is able to identify, manage and move beyond them:

  • It is critical to encourage divergence while ensuring convergence
  • When you want to invest, wide multidisciplinary knowledge is a great asset; as great as the total lack of knowledge
  • There is more in two heads than in a single one. More in three than in two. But then, the effect reverses. A crowd does not invent.
  • To create, comfort is indispensable. But the lack of comfort is as indispensable
  • A computer is better programmed to the extert that its user manages to deprogram him / herself
  • Creativity frees itself for those who can deactivate their critical sense. But creative people have a very developed critical sense
  • Human creativity allows the building of a better future. But men are never so creative as when it comes to destroying things
  • Lack of creativity can lead a company to a catastrophe. The excess of creativity can lead it to disaster
  • We can creativity. We fear it too
  • Creativity is as old as the world and it is the indispensable tool to the elaboration of a new world
