The Lean revolution represents a radical change in our managerial practices, largely based on a cycle of intuition-decision taking-action.

On the contrary, the lean manager’s aim is to ameliorate his offer in learning how to solve his clients’ problems and to improve the profitability of the company, to eliminate wastes.

This production of knowledge, obtained thanks to the resolution of problems, is deployed at every level of the company through a precise leadership… to be discovered.

Merci
