Decomputer: when the function of technologies consists in reshuffling the cards
New technologies can be considered either according to the two prisms: the “optimizer” vision consists in doing better than what we already know by using technologies as an accelerator ; the "transformer" vision uses technologies as a lever or even as a pretext to completely rethink the value chains, practices, professions and sectors, functions and services…
The aim of this session is to focus on the tension existing between those two visions. Examples from emerging technologies will illustrate this point: Fablabs, green technologies, active identities.
