Trust is a major factor of productivity in any system: collectivity, entreprise, couple...
However, it is neither measured nore cheered in a formal way in our organizations. When we observe weak or strong signals of trust, large differences appear between countries and populations. The causes of those differences have to be found in our education and in our managerial practices, their mirors. It's not fate.
