USI 2010 Session
Gardening and innovation: how to grow one's potential?
Innovation has become a key element for any companies' strategy. But innovation is a flower you might pick, it's not worth pulling on the stem so as to make it grow faster.
This session presents a gardening manual based on the author's experience, which has been dealing with computer development and innovation animation since 15 years, and several approaches of management in companies, favourable to this cultivation.
We'll find mixed in this session Lean subjects, tools of 2.0 and complexe systems. This mix is not the result of tiredness or lack of judgement but those points of view are closely linked and even unseparable.
