Collaborative, Social medias, 2.0: shall we go or not?
Ten years ago, the introduction of Intranets was said to revolutionize the circulation of information, sharing of knowledge and employees' skills development; the productivity was expected to be better, synergy between people to be increased, their autonomy reinforced; management focused on value creation of its team.
Result? Ok we have more information in the company. But do we have the right information? At the right moment? Are we more productive, more focused? Did those systems enable a diffusion of knowledge and useful skills?

Do we have to believe in those 1001 promesses? Why would the "promised change" happen more today than 10 years ago?
