Business models beyond profit
For years many organizations had a clear and effective business and revenue model. Nowadays, companies in many different industries notice that their business model doesn’t work any more due to changes in the environment.
The credit crunch, changing consumer behavior, Internet and the access to information make traditional business models outdated and create the urge for new and innovative business models. In fact, new rules of the game apply.
What are the business models of the future? What is the role of IT? How can we as IT companies support business model thinking?
