Finding talented developers, developing a team spirit, leading a tribe of Geeks, that is what is at stake for Bosses in 2010.
 
Why user groups such as the Paris Java User Group are so successful? What is the place devoted to the Java community today? What are the expectations of your developers?
 
As a Geek, I will share with you my life in the community, evoking my experience in communities in the company. Based on a large poll taken on the blog  Touilleur Express, we will observe together the developers' expectations concerning companies, and the new possibilities offered to them.
