Today, every company wants agility. 

Business divisions and project managers have the greatest demand for responsiveness, and now have new opportunities such as launching software construction without having to specify all the functions right from the start, being able to redirect during a project and shorten deadlines by running specification and development at the same time. 

Yes, but... 

How do you specify as you go? What happens to the acceptance phase? What documentation needs to be put in place?  Do we still have to manage the change (at the end) ? 

One thing is sure, traditional project management activities are changing...
