Paris - USI 2011 Session
Beyond the "generation Y", cutural diversity and its opportunities for companies
Generations shock did not happen.
The “Y” are not anymore a generation but a culture that has spread and by the one we are all concerned. Technologies use, society evolution, connection to its company and its brand have generated a lot of cultures, now implemented in the society and on the market. The stake is not to survive to strange “Y”, divided up according to ages, but to learn how to integrate this cultural diversity:
- Does employee loyalty still make sense?
- Is it enough to be nice to be attractive?
- Being on Facebook for a company, is it synonymous from being cool?
We will see in this session how those new cultures imply to review our practices of attraction, recruitment and management.
