Antoine Gourevitch is a partner at Boston Consulting Group in Paris, responsible for BCG’s IS centre of expertise for France and for BCG’s Organisation & Governance division.

In this position, Antoine coordinated BCG’s research on the future of IS organisations and worked in Europe on improvement of performance and on major IS programmes and sourcing strategies in the industry and finance sectors.

Antoine is convinced that computer organisations can improve their efficacy and obtain quick results (dividing project duration in half, cutting costs by 20 to 30% for equivalent service, etc.) as long as the profound causes of players’ behaviour are understood. Once this is done, a number of levers can be used to change behaviour and radically improve the systems’ performance.
