Xavier Boileau motto is "setting technological innovation to insurance and finance business service". Xavier is a Telecom specialist, in architecture and in the field of new technologies. He is also a functional specialist in the insurance service, thanks to his several experiences (Prima-solutions, Génuity, Intégra, CSC). He joined Generali in 2006 and is today Studies Director of commercial systems and Infomation System architecture. 

He has a varied experience, from the start-up to the multi-national company, in different contexts (consulting missions, BU management with teams gathering more than 100 persons). Xavier also has a strong international experience acquired during long stays in Germany and the USA, for the management and integration of mutlicultural teams and thanks to several years of direct oprational responsabilities in several countries.
