Since 1993, Eric has been helping to develop Graphical-Machine Interfaces : fat client, first web applications, DHTML, Ajax and WPF. Backed by ten years’ experience in IS Architecture consulting, and enriched by time spent at  Amazon.com, Eric is now excited by issues related to the usability of corporate applications.

We still have a long way to go before they reach the user friendliness of Apple’s applications ! But this evolution is entirely feasible, as long as we look at usability itself.

For five years, Eric also worked as Microsoft Regional Director and was one of the first to actively support the .NET platform. He is still one of its fervent supporters, especially since the arrival of WPF and Silverlight !
