Yannick has been working for 15 years in IT for telecommunication operators. He participated  in the important changes of the past few years, in several activities: development, conception, software edition and consulting. 

He keeps on hoping that it exists a possibility to build useful and effective systems in a climate of humanist collaboration. He believes that liberating from old ways and getting inspiration from Lean Management and Agile helps a lot in setting up durable high performance teams. Or else we won't be able to face the challenges posed by complexity...

Yannick is graduated from the Ecole Normale Supérieure and from Sup Télécom.
