After working as an ergonomics and design expert consultant for over eight years, she joined Octo's Usability division in early 2009.
With a profile that's a cross between an engineer and psychologist, she often acts as an interpreter for various project participants, but her main goal is to be the spokesperson for users.
In addition to a long period spent working on the media portal for a European telecommunications giant, she has also participated in projects for clients including Aventis, RATP, Henner, Pages Jaunes, Société Générale, etc.
