Laurent Avignon is a founding member of OCTO and Assistant General Manager in charge of the Telecommunications, Media, Industry and Services sectors.
He began his career with five years at IBM in Germany, then, after a short time with ATOS, he joined the OCTO adventure, right from its beginnings.
Backed by extensive experience in implementing exchange strategies in IS (Total, La Poste, France Telecom, SNCF, Société Générale, etc.), he is excited about individual motivators and team alignment. He is learning how to apply excellence on a daily basis by breaking down the barriers between genres. Beyond his team's growth, he is also committed to making changes at OCTO and with his clients to encourage the development of the computing department. His next challenge is to expand OCTO's impact outside France.
He is the author of "Intégration d'applications" published by Eyrolles and of the white paper "Architecture des Systèmes d'information"
