Emmanuel Gaillot helps software teams to be more efficient in their work, prouder of their results, and happier in general.

He works at Octo Technology as a team coach, facilitator, trainer and trouble-maker.

Emmanuel speaks at many conferences on agility. He is one of the founders (and an active member) of the Paris Dojo Development community; and also organises the Agile Open France conference.

Emmanuel currently focuses his interests on co-learning environments, in which participants learn from each others.
