Arnaud Bailly is a software engineering consultant with OQube. He helps development teams produce better quality software using tools and techniques taken from agility and freeware.

He is particularly interested in the raw materials of software—the code—and in what gives it shape: programming languages.

He holds a PhD in computing from Université de Lille.
