Alain is the director of the Insurance market at OCTO Technology. He manages a team of around twenty consultants.
 
As a senior consultant, he helps his clients defining their IT strategic orientations in the context of mutation, mergers or evolution of information systems. He realizes missions like project portfolio risk analysis, Internet roadmap definition and positioning transverse teams (centers of excellence) in IT divisions.
 
Moreover, his center of interest is around management and leadership practices to help IT managers increase their effectiveness and performance.
