Michael Ballé, expert of Lean Management is co-foundator of the  Lean France Institute and of the project Lean Enterprise. He leads the chronicle Gemba Coach of the Lean Enterprise Institute founded by Jim Womack. Co-author of the "Gold Mine" and of "Lean Manager", he received teh Shingo price in 2006.
